Multiple prize winners in solo and duet singing at the prestigious Electric Ireland Feis Ceoil at the RDS Dublin including Four First Prize Winners in the following competitions: Girls Vocal Solo (B) The Kay O’Cuileanáin Cup (14 – 16 years); Junior Vocal Duet (A) 15 – 18 years; Buachaillí (8 – 15 years) and Junior Vocal Duet (B) 11 – 15 years. Other success with students at Dublin Feis Ceoil includes Second Prize in Junior Vocal Recital (15 – 19 years) and Cailíní (A) 15 – 18 years. [April]

Winner of virtually all solo singing competitions at Feis Shligigh. [March]

Multipe awards at Sligo Feis Ceoil for solo and duet singing including Seven First Prizes at both junior and senior levels. [April]

2015

Multiple prizewinners in solo and duet singing at the prestigious Electric Ireland Feis Ceoil at the RDS Dublin including Two First Prize Winners in the following competitions: Cailíní {B] Corn Buan Moonan-Powderly (girls 8 –15 years); Buachaillí (boys 8 – 15 years). [March]

Multiple First Prize Winners at Feis Shligigh and Feis Ceoil, Sligo. [March/April]

Student sings a solo live on TG4 television from 5th on Teeling, Sligo (Fleadh Cheoil na h?ireann). [August]

Student appears on RTE 1 television (Service on Sunday) as a vocal soloist. [October]

Student chosen to perform a vocal solo on The Late Late Toy Show. [November]

Four students selected to sing as soloists at the High Achiever Awards Concert 2015 at NUI Galway, having received exceptional results with Distinction in their recent vocal RIAM examinations. [November]

Student invited by the Royal Irish Academy of Music, Dublin to perform at their Annual High Achiever Gala Concert. A gold medal was presented on the night by the Director of the Royal Irish Academy of Music, Deborah Kelleher.  This student was one of only eleven performers chosen for the Gala Concert from the three-hundred people who took part in the Regional High Achiever concerts throughout the country. Four First Prize Winners at the prestigious Electric Ireland Feis Ceoil at the RDS Dublin in the following competitions: Girls Vocal Solo (D) The Patricia Black Cup (under 12 years); Paul Deegan Cup (men under 19 years); The Kitty O’Callaghan Trophy (14–18 years); Amhrán Beirte/Amhrán Tríréid Corn an Athar Mhic Amhlaoibh (Song Duets/Song Trios 11–18 years). Winner of Junior Vocal Bursary (14–18 years) at Sligo Feis Ceoil. [April]

Student performs a vocal solo as part of the Music Generation Showcase Concert at the National Concert Hall, Dublin. [October]

2013

Six First Prize Winners at the prestigious Electric Ireland Feis Ceoil at the RDS Dublin in the following competitions: Boys Vocal Solo (Treble A) over 12 years; Paul Deegan Cup (men under 19 years); Junior Vocal Duet (B) 11-15 years, Buachaillí (8 – 15 years); Vocal Silver Rose Bowl and National Vocal Silver Rose Bowl (Electric Ireland Feis Ceoil have only two junior Vocal Rose Bowl Awards each year, and are awarded on the basis of the highest mark obtained between girls and boys under 18). Two First Prize winners at the prestigious Electric Ireland Feis Ceoil at the RDS Dublin in the following competitions: Boys Vocal Solo (Treble A) and  Boys Vocal Solo (Treble B). [April]

Solo performance of the Irish National Anthem for President of Ireland, Mary McAleese. [October]

Students sing solo on ‘Elev8’ (RTE 2 television). [November]

Two students performed the lead role in The Snowman at the Grand Canal Theatre, Dublin and University of Limerick Concert Hall. [December]

Three students performed a variety of Christmas songs and carols as soloists on a special edition of ‘Countrywide’ broadcast on Christmas Eve on RTE Radio 1.

 2010

Student sang the lead role in The Snowman on numerous occasions at the National Concert Hall, Dublin. [December]

Winner of Roscommon’s Got Talent Competition.

OTHER CONSISTENT ACHIEVEMENTS WITH STUDENTS INCLUDE:

♫ Winner of all junior vocal competitions at Sligo Feis Ceoil and Feis Shligigh.

♫ Countless TSB High-Achiever Awards with Distinction in Royal Irish Academy of Music (RIAM) Vocal Examinations.

♫ Distinction in The Royal Schools of Music Associated Board (AB) Vocal and Theory Examinations.

♫ Leading roles performed locally in the following musicals: Guys ‘n Dolls, Hairspray, Annie, Chicago, Oliver, The Wizard of Oz, Joseph and his Amazing Technicolor  Dreamcoat, Suisical the Musical, Les Miserables, West Side Story and Cats.

♫ Students have taken part in the Irish Youth Choir summer concerts.

♫ Consistent top marks in Leaving/Junior-Certificate Music (practical and written) with her student’s each year.

♫ Anne-Marie has also successfully prepared students for university entrance examinations in music (practical and written). Many of these students are currently studying music at third level colleges such as Trinity College Dublin, NUI Maynooth, University College Cork, University of Limerick, CIT Cork School of Music and DIT Conservatory of Music & Drama, whilst other students are music graduates.
